The Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs offers traditional Yang Family Tai Chi and Qigong taught by a 7th-generation Yang Family lineage holder. With 26 years of teaching experience in Southern Colorado, the school provides authentic, lineage-rooted instruction in a welcoming environment for students of all ages and skill levels. Training emphasizes proper alignment, relaxed focus, mindful movement, and the cultivation of balance, strength, and inner calm.
In addition to regular in-person classes, the Association offers online training, allowing students to learn from anywhere. The Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs teaches Yang Family 108 Form, Yang Family Old 6 Roads Form, Yang Tai Chi Fast Form, Qigong/Neigong, Yang Tai Chi Push Hands and Yang Tai Chi Weapons such as Staff, Saber, Sword and Spear.
