Located in Redding, California, Redding Tai Chi offers instruction in the Yang style Long Form, Push Hands (Tui Shou), and San Shou (two person form)

We offer weekly classes are based on the Yang-style body mechanics pioneered by William C.C. Chen. We feature beginner routines, the Beijing 24 (Yang 24), and William C.C. Chen's 60-movement form. The Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs is a community-focused school dedicated to teaching traditional Tai Chi and Qigong for health, relaxation, and personal well-being. Students of all ages and experience levels learn in a supportive environment that emphasizes balance, mindfulness, and lifelong wellness. Classes blend classical techniques with practical instruction, helping individuals improve strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy-Ann Arbor is one of sixteen academies licensed by the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation worldwide, opened in 2003. It is headed by Sifu Genie Parker, who was among the first group of students from Michigan to become disciples of Grandmaster Eddie Wu Kwong Yu in August 1992.

The Tai Chi Academy established in Toronto since 1975 is the place in North America to study Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan.   We offer a thorough yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the learning of Tai Chi Chuan.  Our curriculum is comprehensive – whether you are interested in health & meditation, martial arts, or just an excellent low impact exercise we have something for you. Full curriculum including the hand form (12 form, 54 form, 108 standard, rounded, fast form), weapons (sabre, sword, spear), push hands, chi kung and applications.
