Short School Description
Wellness Spring Tai Chi is based on the teaching of Professor Chen Man Cheng. We strive to incorporate the fundamentals of balance, meditation, breath, into the many gentile exercises and postures this form has to offer.
Long School Description
Wellness Spring Tai Chi is run by instructor Garrett Manibog. He studied under Mark Lord for about 8 years and has continues his practice now for over 12 years.
He looks to continue the practice of TaiJi by maintaining the integrity of the basic principals and help develop the students understanding of this meditative practice by teaching the basic exercises and introducing Professor Chen Man Cheng's 37 move Short Form.
