Welcome to the Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs - Master Instructor: Sifu Michael Paler, 7th Generation Lineage Holder, Imperial Yang Family Tai Chi.
The beautiful art of Tai Chi, with both its connection to nature and its healing benefits for the community, is my dedicated passion, and this is what our school is all about. I also believe and teach that the many health and martial arts benefits of Tai Chi cannot be separated.
On our website you will find a wealth of information on the benefits and interconnections of Tai Chi, Tai Chi Energetics / Qigong, Empty Hands, and Kung Fu. You will learn the difference between brute force and true inner power, between the tensions of stress and deep, healing relaxation.
