Chen style taiji, Yang style taiji and Qigong I have over 20 years of experience in Taiji and Qigong each class is different learn body mechanics, energy, Chinese Meridian theory, fascia stretching, chen style taiji, Yang 24, Yang 37, Hun Yuan taiji xingyi qi gong all in a friendly environment.

Our school provides instruction in both the Yang and Wu styles of Tai Chi Chuan and all their aspects i.e. Forms, weapons, combat applications, push hands, and Chi Kung/Qigong. We also offer Chi Kung classes.

Heaven Man Earth Taiji International is dedicated to the propagation of authentic Yang style taijiquan. With training methods to achieve one’s goals in the health, martial and spiritual aspects of taijiquan.
