Chen style taiji, Yang style taiji and Qigong I have over 20 years of experience in Taiji and Qigong each class is different learn body mechanics, energy, Chinese Meridian theory, fascia stretching, chen style taiji, Yang 24, Yang 37, Hun Yuan taiji xingyi qi gong all in a friendly environment.
